Before You Begin
This lesson begins with the following scenario: You are going to present a video meeting online with your Contact, Clair. Prior to the meeting, Clair sends an E-mail, asking if you are ready.

Maybe, maybe not... Let's log into Microsoft Office 365 and respond to Clair's E-mail with a quick Chat before the show.

1. Try It: Log into Office 365
Go to the Office 365 portal:
https://portal.microsoftonline.com.
Please log in.
Go to Outlook Inbox.

Try This, Too: Respond to an Email
Go to the Inbox.
Select the E-mail from Clair.
Go to Actions->Chat.

So far, so good...
